We currently ship orders within the United States only. If your shipping address is outside our supported area, you may be unable to complete your order, or we may contact you to cancel and refund it.

We partner with reliable shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time. The carrier used will depend on package size, weight, destination, and the number of plush items in your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer as we carefully prepare each order for shipment.
Packaging
Our plush toys are carefully packed to help keep them clean, protected, and in good condition during transit. Depending on the size and style of the item, packaging may include protective poly bags, tissue wrapping, sturdy mailers, or shipping boxes. For larger plush toys or multi-item orders, we may use additional protective packaging to help prevent deformation during shipping.
Please note that some plush items may appear slightly compressed after transit due to packaging. This is normal and the item will usually return to its original shape after unpacking and gentle fluffing.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. These delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping service, with applicable taxes shown separately.
Free standard shipping is available on orders that total $128.00 or more.
Please note that the order subtotal after discounts or coupons are applied must still be $128 or higher to qualify for free shipping.
Additional fees may apply for gift wrapping or expedited shipping, which will be disclosed before completing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers, and provide a valid phone number. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Items
Although we take care in packaging every order, issues during transit may still occur. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please do the following:

Take photos of the inner packaging
Take photos of the damaged item(s)
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos
We will review the situation and provide a solution according to our Refund & Return Policy, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving shipping issues caused by carrier mishandling, transit damage, or other uncontrollable delivery problems in accordance with our policies.
Additional Fees for Packaging and Insurance
Certain orders, such as oversized plush toys, multi-item shipments, or special delivery requests, may require additional packaging or shipping insurance, which could incur additional fees. All charges will be clearly disclosed at checkout before payment.
